WagerNest Documentation

Understand how WagerNest monitors high-roller sports betting activity, filters events, builds watchlists, surfaces signals and supports investigations.

Analytics only. No betting automation.

Risk signals are indicators, not proof. WagerNest helps users monitor high-roller sports betting activity and organize review-worthy signals. It does not place bets, copy bets, guarantee outcomes, or prove wrongdoing automatically. Small samples can mislead.

Overview

WagerNest is a private sports betting analytics platform for high-stakes activity monitoring. It combines live bets, events, filters, saved views, bettor tracking, watchlists, signals, prematch risk, integrity watch, investigations, alerts and team workflows.

Monitor Live High-Stakes Sports Betting Activity

Watch high-value sports bets as they appear, filter by sport, event, currency, stake, odds and timing.

Track Events, Markets, Currencies and Betting Movement

Open event-level activity, volume, markets, outcomes, money distribution and related signals in one place.

Advanced Filters and Saved Views

Filter live activity by currency, sport, league, event, market, odds, stake size, timing and saved views.

Tracked Bettors and User Monitoring

Monitor visible bettor activity across time with full-spectrum tracking, watchlists and alerts. Sensitive bettor details are never exposed on public marketing pages.

Sports Betting Signals

Surface review-worthy patterns such as repeated activity, high-stake concentration, unusual timing and market movement.

Prematch Risk Monitoring

Group high-stake prematch activity into 3h, 6h, 9h, 12h and 24h windows before events.

Quick start

Start with the live dashboard, scan recent bets and events, then use filters to isolate a sport, league, currency, event or market. Use case status, notes, signal feedback, and exports so the next analyst can understand the decision later.

Onboarding and demo

New users can start with the welcome tour, open the product demo, or use the User Center checklist. The tour is optional, resumable and can be restarted from Profile or User Center.

Guided tour

A short spotlight tour explains Dashboard, User Center, Bettor Explorer, Event Intelligence, Alert Rules, League Watch and Review Cases.

Checklist

User Center shows progress, next actions and shortcuts. You can mark items done, skip noisy items or collapse the checklist.

Demo page

/demo gives a public-safe walkthrough with video support and fallback cards. It avoids raw operational details and unsupported claims.

User Center

User Center is your personal intelligence portal. It gathers saved filters, tracked bettors, watchlists, League Watch rules, notifications, support tickets and priority bets into one place so you can see what you are monitoring without jumping between every page.

Data scope

WagerNest uses observed sports betting activity and normalized product fields. It does not claim complete market visibility, private identity knowledge or guaranteed settlement coverage. Hidden / missing users are handled as data quality limitations, not automatic suspicious behavior.

Source coverage

Stake is the production source for the current product. Additional sources can appear as beta or research coverage when enabled by the operator. Combined views are designed for event-level comparison, not automatic identity merging.

Stake

Production sports betting activity source used for live market monitoring, events, bettor context and operational views.

Beta sources

Research or beta coverage may be visible to admins or beta environments. Incomplete beta coverage should never be treated as proof.

Combined mode

Combined mode helps compare event-level activity across enabled sources. Bettor identity, source quality and settlement confidence remain source-specific.

Data freshness

Live sports activity is processed into product views with freshness indicators, timestamps and status labels. This guide stays product-level and avoids implementation details that customers do not need.

Live Bets

The live feed shows high-value sports bets with sport, event, market, selection, odds, stake, currency and timing context where the source provides it. Trial users can see live market context, exact visible stake amounts and odds, while bettor names, source identifiers and bet detail pages remain locked.

Events

Events organize betting activity around matches, fixtures or competitions. Event detail views help review related bets, markets, outcomes, money distribution and connected signals.

Entity workflows

Most detail pages now include a connected workflow map. Use it to move from a bet to its event, related signals, review case, alert rule and report without guessing where the next action lives.

Bet workflow

Start from a bet, then open the event, filtered feed, related signals, bettor profile when allowed, review case and report hub.

Event workflow

Start from an event, then inspect markets, outcome distribution, timeline, signals, league watch, alerts and cases.

Data quality warnings

Warnings call out missing odds, unknown results, small samples, hidden bettors, unverified cashouts and filtered views before a decision is made.

Filters and search

Filters help narrow sports betting activity by date, sport, league, event, bettor, currency, stake, odds, market, selection and result. Starter includes basic filters and up to 10 saved filters. Pro unlocks advanced saved views and wider monitoring workflows.

Bettor Explorer

Bettor Explorer is split into focused workspaces. `/users` is for discovery, search and opening bettor profiles. `/users/leaderboard` is for qualified comparative ranking. `/tracked-bettors` is your personal monitoring workspace for bettors you already follow.

Main explorer

Search by bettor name, use quick filters, compare essential metrics, track/untrack, open bettor bets and create alert rules.

Qualified leaderboard

Use this when you want fewer noisy profiles. It requires a meaningful settled sample, a practical average-odds floor, observed volume and a limited unknown-result rate.

Preset views

High ROI, net profit, high volume, consistent winners, low-odds cohorts and recent activity are available as one-click starting points.

Tracked workspace

Tracked Bettors answers who has new bets, pending exposure, recent signals and review-worthy activity.

Bettor/User Tracking

Tracked bettor monitoring is Pro+ only. It helps review visible bettor activity, activity history, user profiles, watchlists and alerts. Sensitive bettor details are not shown on public marketing pages.

Stake VIP level

When a public bettor rank/status is available in observed data, WagerNest stores it as a searchable label such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond. This helps users focus on higher-rank cohorts without exposing private identity data to plans that should not see it.

Status badges appear on Pro-access bettor surfaces including bet detail, user profiles and user monitoring cards. If the status is missing, WagerNest shows VIP lookup pending instead of guessing.

Bettor profiles

Bettor profiles summarize visible activity, last seen time, observed volume, sports, markets, pending exposure, bettor status and related signals where access allows it. Trial and Starter do not expose full bettor intelligence.

Watchlists

Watchlists can monitor bettors, leagues, currencies, markets, selections and custom patterns. They help reduce manual scanning by surfacing activity that matches your workflow.

League Watch

League Watch lets users monitor a competition or tournament by sport, league name, aliases, currency, market and minimum amount. The guided form suggests observed values so analysts can create cleaner rules without guessing labels.

Preview before saving

The preview shows recent matching bets and warns when a rule is too broad. Preview does not create alerts or watch matches.

Advanced fields stay optional

Most users only need sport, league/tournament name, aliases and thresholds. Advanced source fields are collapsed for admin-style precision work.

Tracker / Signals

Risk signals surface review-worthy patterns such as high-stake concentration, repeated entity activity, prematch timing, currency concentration and market movement. A signal is a prioritization indicator, not proof of wrongdoing. Signal feedback lets analysts mark Useful, False positive, Needs more evidence or Too noisy.

Prematch Risk

Prematch Risk groups high-stake activity into 3h, 6h, 9h, 12h and 24h windows before events. These buckets help analysts spot early market concentration before a match begins.

Match Fixing / Integrity Watch

Integrity Watch is an internal review workflow for teams, players, leagues, events, markets and selections that need careful monitoring. It uses safe badges and statuses such as watching, internal review and confirmed only when supported. Signals are not accusations.

Investigations

Investigations turn signals into structured cases with timelines, linked bets, events, entities, notes, audit trail, status changes and exports. The goal is to make each case reviewable later without reopening every source page.

Investigation Board

The Investigation Board helps organize review work by status, severity, priority, latest activity and related evidence. It is a workflow surface, not a claim that suspicious behavior occurred.

Data Quality dashboard

The Data Quality dashboard helps admins understand missing users, missing event fields, unresolved results, stale source health and parser coverage at a high level.

Settlement tracking

Settlement tracking separates pending, settled, unknown, cashed out and unresolved result states so analysts can avoid overreading incomplete samples.

Outcome Money Distribution

Outcome money distribution shows how exposure concentrates across outcomes and markets. It helps review whether money is balanced, clustered or unusual for a specific event context.

Alerts

Alerts notify users when tracked bettors, leagues, currencies, markets, selections or integrity entities become active. Telegram/email alerts are Pro+ where configured.

Alert Inbox

The Alert Inbox keeps durable alert history. Users can acknowledge, review, dismiss or mute similar alerts without deleting the original activity.

Delivery status

Alerts can be delivered, suppressed by settings or cooldown, muted, failed, acknowledged or dismissed. Suppressed alerts stay visible for review when available.

Grouping

Related alerts are grouped by rule or entity context so a noisy event does not become ten pages of scrolling.

Case workflow

High-priority alerts link back to bets, events, signals, rules or cases so analysts can continue review in the correct workspace.

Reports and exports

Reports turn existing WagerNest views into reviewable summaries. The Reports hub links bettor, event, alert, watchlist, case and team report workflows. Pro users can use advanced reporting/export surfaces where supported, while Team adds shared report context.

Every report should keep the same safety frame: WagerNest is read-only analytics, and risk signals are not proof of wrongdoing or betting advice.

Knowledge Base

The public knowledge base combines Documentation, Glossary, Insights and Research. It is written for users, analysts and teams who need product concepts without private implementation details.

Intelligence Digest

The Intelligence Digest is a daily analyst brief. It summarizes priority actions, tracked bettor activity, new alerts, signals, cases, events to review, watched league/currency changes, data-quality warnings and admin-only operational items.

Time windows

Users can review the last 24 hours or last 7 days. The digest is a checklist, not proof of wrongdoing.

User Center summary

User Center shows a compact digest card so users can jump into the full review queue quickly.

Referral Program

Referral Program lets users invite new customers with a personal link. When a referred customer becomes a paid subscriber, WagerNest records a 20% recurring monthly commission while that subscription remains active.

Trial

Trial users can see the referral teaser and share a link, but payout requests require a paid account.

Starter

Starter users can generate a referral link, see basic stats, earn 20% recurring commission and request manual payout review.

Pro

Pro users get the full personal referral dashboard, conversion details, monthly ledger and payout request workflow.

Team

Team users can use team-level referral workflows where enabled, with admin-managed accounting and audit history.

Commission applies only to actual paid subscription revenue. Paid subscriptions are activated manually by an admin after external confirmation. Free trials, unpaid accounts, canceled subscriptions, refunds and chargebacks are excluded or reversed. Payouts are reviewed manually; no automatic money transfer is promised by the product UI.

Referrers see masked customer labels, signup/conversion state and commission status. Private billing data and payment secrets are not exposed.

Chat

Chat is for approved users to discuss platform activity and support workflows. Trial users see a locked or blurred preview and cannot read real chat users or messages.

Subscription Plans

Trial gives a useful live preview: sport, league, event, market, selection, stake, odds, currency and timing are visible where available. Trial does not open bet detail pages or expose bettor names. Starter opens market and event details but keeps bettor intelligence, tracking, signals detail, integrity workflows and investigations for Pro.

Starter, Pro and Team are activated through a manual contact-sales flow. The in-app button opens Telegram/email/copy contact options, records a safe purchase request for admins, and does not process payment inside WagerNest.

Purchase request

When you contact sales from pricing or an upgrade prompt, WagerNest records the requested plan so support can follow up.

User Center status

If you have an active request, User Center shows the current activation state and last update.

Admin activation

Admins confirm external payment before activating paid access. This is an accounting workflow, not an in-app checkout.

Admin

Admin views provide high-level visibility into account access, data quality, freshness and operational checks. This guide explains what users can do, not private implementation details.

Purchase Requests

Admins can review contact-sales requests, move them through the sales pipeline, confirm external payment and activate access manually.

Account Security Audit

Contact Us and support tickets

Public visitors can use Contact Us to learn about plans or onboarding. Approved users can sign in to create support tickets for bugs, feature requests, data questions, account issues or investigation workflow help.

Troubleshooting playbook

If data looks incomplete, check plan access, filters, date ranges, hidden/missing identity states, unknown results, event coverage and source freshness. Admin-only operational details stay inside private runbooks.
